We don’t have stores selling Casement A/c so Casement Air conditioner is not an option…

I noticed that my air conditioner has been averaging a runtime of about 10 hours a day. Does that seem out of the ordinary? I live in a small 2 bedroom apartments with MAYBE a 1 ton unit.

Mold is growing on the wall under my window air conditioner. Why and what should I do?

I don’t know if it was there before the weekend or not. I’m wondering if the air conditioner could be causing the mold or if it’s another problem with the window or maybe even the crawl space in our basement that’s kind of below that spot.
